First HatchTech chicks born at Farmesh, Thailand

June 24, 2019

For the first time, HatchTech chicks have been born at Farmesh Hatchery Co, Ltd (Farmesh) in Thailand. Sabrina van de Kraats, Hatchery Coach at HatchTech was present during this special moment and to give training and support.

This follow-up training has been specifically planned when Farmesh’s first new-born chicks were expected. During this training all the parts of the breeding process and hatchery practices were discussed with a lot of enthusiasm and included topics such as quality analyses, hatchery procedures and work instructions. Sabrina van de Kraats: “It is always a pleasure to support such an enthusiastic customer, like Farmesh, to constantly deliver healthy and strong chicks.”

Farmesh is located in Cha-am, Phetchaburi in Thailand and has capacity for more than 1,3 million egg places. HatchTech delivered a Fumigation room, twelve MicoClimer Setters, eight MicroClimer Hatchers and one Chick Storage Room. The construction of this hatchery has been finished and it is up and running. Colin Groen, International Sales Manager at HatchTech visited Farmesh to see the result of this project and to celebrate the opening.
