HatchTech Setter Trays are designed as an integral part of the HatchTech incubation system. By promoting uniform airflow around every egg, they support consistent embryo development, reliable incubation performance and efficient hatchery operations. Available in multiple capacities and configurations, they integrate seamlessly with both manual and automated hatchery processes.
HatchTech offers Setter Trays in multiple configurations, including HT88 and HT150 trays for chicken eggs, as well as dedicated tray designs for turkeys and ducks. This allows hatcheries to select the configuration that best matches their species, capacity requirements and production goals. Existing tray systems can also be accommodated through compatible trolley configurations for HatchTech setters.

HT88 Setter Tray
Highest Number of Eggs per m²
The HT88 Setter Tray is built around HatchTech’s patented honeycomb design, enabling the highest number of eggs per m² of floor space. Combined with HatchTech’s 19-level trolley system, it helps hatcheries maximise capacity while maintaining optimal airflow and incubation conditions.
Unlike conventional setter trays, the HT88 supports eggs at six points instead of four. This provides more secure egg positioning and helps reduce the risk of cracks during transport and handling.
