Embryos benefit from uniform temperatures and optimal hatching conditions, while early feeding supports critical development during the hatch window. Optimal Embryo Development
HatchCare combines MicroClimer™ technology with Laminar Airflow to deliver uniform temperatures and optimal climate conditions throughout the hatcher. This provides every embryo with the optimal environment for healthy development during the final stage of incubation.

HatchCare Baskets
The lightweight HatchCare Basket is designed specifically for the HatchCare concept. Integrated feed troughs on both sides provide continuous access to feed, while side openings allow chicks access to fresh water from open water gutters from the moment of hatch. Its lightweight design supports efficient handling throughout the hatchery.
Combined with the HatchCare Tray, newly hatched chicks move into a dedicated post hatch area, separating them from unhatched eggs and eggshells. This creates up to 40% more living space, allowing chicks to move freely and comfortably.

Open Drinking Water System
The open drinking water system encourages natural drinking behaviour from the moment chicks hatch. With continuous access to fresh, flowing water, chicks can easily find water and stay hydrated.
A Calm Start to Life
Gentle lighting and an 18% lower noise level create a calm and comfortable environment for newly hatched chicks. By reducing disturbance during the first hours of life, chicks can focus their energy on development.
CyClean fluff removal
CyClean captures 95% of outgoing fluff before it leaves the hatcher, reducing the risk of cross contamination and eliminating the need for a traditional fluff room.
