We are proud to announce that Distrochick, one of Greece’s leading family-owned poultry companies, has selected HatchTech to modernize its hatchery with new MicroClimer Setters and MicroClimer Hatchers, replacing its existing incubation equipment.

Distrochick selected HatchTech for its integrated climate concept, combining airtight MicroClimer Setters and Hatchers with fresh, conditioned air. The Air Handling Unit filters incoming outside air and brings it to the required temperature (22–24°C), while the Pre-Humidification Unit ensures the optimal humidity level (55–65%). This fresh, conditioned air is supplied directly into every incubator, creating stable incubation conditions that support predictable performance, optimal embryo development and consistent chick quality.

“For us, this investment is about more than replacing equipment. It is about preparing Distrochick for the future while continuing to build a company that stands for quality, biosecurity and reliability. It makes me proud to know we are creating a strong foundation for my children and the next generations,” says Mr. Syrigos, CEO of Distrochick. Patrick van Manen, International Sales Manager at HatchTech, adds: “It has been a pleasure to work with such a passionate team throughout this project. Together, we carefully explored the best solution for Distrochick’s ambitions, resulting in a well-considered investment for the future. We are grateful for their trust and look forward to supporting them in the years ahead.”  Now in its fourth generation, Distrochick has built a strong reputation through its fully integrated approach, managing the entire production chain from hatchery to final product.
