From Theory to Practice: A Week of Learning with HatchTech
This week, customers from around the world took part in the latest HatchTech Training, an intensive program designed to deepen their knowledge of HatchTech Incubation Technology and hatchery management.
The training started with the biological principles behind HatchTech’s incubation philosophy, focusing on the needs of the embryo and how HatchTech equipment is designed to create the optimal conditions for development. Throughout the week, participants combined theory with practice through visits to HatchTech hatcheries in Germany and the Netherlands, where they observed the technology in operation and applied what they had learned.
In addition to learning about incubation technology, the trainees gained hands-on experience with performance monitoring, hatch quality analysis, and maintenance procedures. Interactive sessions allowed participants to practice real-life scenarios and develop practical skills they can apply in their own hatcheries.
The week also provided valuable opportunities for participants to exchange experiences and learn from one another’s approaches to hatchery management.
To conclude the training, all participants successfully completed the final examination and received their official HatchTech certificate.
