As an independent hatchery supplying broiler farmers and integrations in the rapidly growing Polish poultry market, maintaining high and consistent chick quality remains a key driver. The expansion with HatchCare, the hatcher with feed, fresh water and light, is therefore a logical next step. HatchCare delivers 15.03% higher body weight at pull time, improved hatch results and an FCR improvement of 4.8 points.

In addition to expanding hatch capacity, ModernHatch has also invested in conditioned chick storage prior to transport. HatchTech’s Chick Storage Room (CSR) enables high-density storage while maintaining optimal and uniform conditions. By pushing conditioned air through the chick boxes, all chicks are kept at a consistent body temperature of 104°F, preventing dehydration, reducing stress, and maintaining chick quality during this critical phase.
