Irregular maintenance not only leads to unnecessary breakdowns and downtime, but to an overall reduction in the machine’s production quality. To prevent this, our Service Team offers customers a variety of after-sales maintenance options, ranging from routine maintenance of HatchTech machines to bespoke repairs and calibrations and product upgrades. In addition to our on-site maintenance service, we also offer remote assistance as well as a variety of training options, to minimise downtime and ensure you get the most out of your investment.

Spare Parts

HatchTech customers in all locations are able to order spare parts for hatchers, setters and other equipment quickly and easily, via My HatchTech, our easy-to-use online customer portal.

Our expert Customer Care department is available 24/7 to answer your questions and support your staff with day-to-day issues relating to both the technical and biological side of hatchery management.
