Hatchery Training

To help our customers get the most out of their products and services, we hold regular start-up training events for hatchery staff at our headquarters in the Netherlands, and can also provide bespoke on-site coaching sessions on request.

At HatchTech, our experts are always looking to share their knowledge and experience with our customers around the world, to help them maximise their hatchery performance. To enable this, we offer a set of two practical training courses specifically designed for hatchery staff members working with HatchTech equipment.

Start-up training programme

Our Start-up training programme is aimed at new hatchery staff members as well as those in need of a refresher course and takes place at HatchTech’s headquarters in the Netherlands. Sessions involve a range of theoretical and practical topics, including the following:

  • Incubation principles
  • HatchTech concept & design 
  • Working instructions
  • Standard operating procedures
  • Quality analysis
  • Troubleshooting
  • Field trips to a running HatchTech hatchery (including practical demonstrations)

Follow-up training (on site)

We provide bespoke on-site training for staff responsible for managing HatchTech incubation equipment. During this visit, we perform training and evaluation on the following topics:

  • Hatchability 
  • Quality control  
  • Incubation profiles        
  • Working instructions
  • Standard operating procedures 
  • Evaluation of other factors that may impact your hatchery performance

HatchTech offers customers a variety of maintenance options, ranging from routine machine maintenance to bespoke repairs and calibrations, and product upgrades.
