While we invest a great deal of skill and care in developing the individual components that make up our systems, replacements and upgrades are a necessary fact of life for machinery and equipment that is in regular use. To minimise disruption to their day-to-day operations, we make it as quick and easy as possible for our customers to order replacement parts via our online customer-service portal, My HatchTech.
