To take your hatchery operations to the next level. Everything that’s included in our HatchTech Care Essential package, plus additional features like Refurbished Parts Service and Onsite technical & coaching support to achieve optimal performance of your hatchery at all times.

4. Refurbished Parts Service

Save time and money without compromising on quality. The permanent availability of high-quality refurbished parts ready to ship from our warehouse, ensures minimal downtime and maximal productivity. Access to refurbished stock is exclusively available for members of the ADVANCED package.

How does it work?

  1. Check the Refurbished parts list hatchtech and prices on our website.
  2. If your defective part is listed, send it to us using the ‘Repair form refurbished parts service’. following the instructions in the Repair Procedure Refurbished Parts Services EU’ or Repair-Procedure-Refurbished-Parts-Service-NON-EU manual.
  3. Our Care Repair department assesses if the sent part is on the list and is suitable to be refurbished.
  4. In case of a positive assessment, you receive an order confirmation and a refurbished part will be shipped directly towards you.
  5. If your part is not on the list or has exceptional defects, such as visual damage and/or water damage, you receive a quotation for a new part. Your damaged part will be discarded.
    Note: If you want to receive your defective part back, please state this clearly as explained in the ’ Repair Procedure Refurbished Parts Services.
  6. Refurbished parts are invoiced after shipment.

5. Onsite technical & coaching support

HatchTech offers comprehensive on-site technical and coaching support designed to enhance your hatchery’s efficiency and output. With our ADVANCED care service you will receive a visit at least once a year and at a special reduced rate.

How does it work?

  1. HatchTech plans and executes the yearly on-site visits.
  2. Next to this yearly visit, you can select and schedule more on-site visits and remote services or trainings with specific focus areas and addressed to your unique needs. Click here for all possibilities.
  3. All on-site visits and remote services within the duration of the Care Service package are invoiced in advance with a 15% discount on the hourly rate.

40 – 79 Units > €4.000,- per year

80 – … Units > €6.000,- per year
