Our valued customer Nitsiakos in Greece is expanding its hatchery with additional incubation capacity, further strengthening its operations.

Since the start-up in 2023, the hatchery has consistently achieved strong chick quality results. This performance laid the foundation for the decision to further expand, continuing the collaboration with HatchTech.
From the beginning, Nitsiakos selected HatchTech’s MicroClimer setters with a capacity of 200,640 eggs per machine, combined with hatchers holding 50,688 eggs. With over 200,000 eggs per setter, this configuration offers an optimal balance between high capacity per square meter and consistent biological performance.

While these are large-capacity machines, the MicroClimer technology ensures precise control at every stage of incubation. Each section is individually controlled, allowing for uniform conditions across the entire egg mass, resulting in consistent embryo development and chick quality.

In addition, each section is equipped with its own radiator, allowing for highly precise and independent temperature control throughout the entire machine. This design enables efficient heat removal exactly where needed, even at high egg densities, without creating condensation. As a result, a stable and uniform incubation climate is maintained across all sections.
