HatchTech to drive new layer hatchery development in Pakistan

HatchTech Incubation Technology has been selected by Chaudhry Feed Group to construct a new state-of-the-art layer hatchery in Pakistan.

The hatchery, which will be located near by the town of Chichawatni  in Punjab province, will be fully equipped with top-of-the-range incubation technology provided by HatchTech, including 12 MicroClimer Setters (S150.480) and six MicroClimer Hatchers (H50.866), as well as ventilation and air-handling equipment.  HatchTech will also supply cabling and ducting for the hatchery, together with various supporting technical equipment. In addition, the new hatchery will be build according to our box-in box principle and will have a total setting capacity of more than 1.800.000 eggs. Chaudhry Feed is one of the leading layer d.o.c and egg producing companies in Pakistan.

The partnership with Chaudhry, opens the door for new projects in Pakistan, which is among the world’s top-ten egg-producing countries, while adding to HatchTech’s growing portfolio of projects in emerging markets around the globe. The Asia region is a key area of focus.
