The HatchTech Setter Trolleys are an important part of the HatchTech MicroClimer Setters. HatchTech has designed trolleys that support an optimal incubation process. Strong, durable and extremely stable, they let you work more efficiently and effectively.
Increase process optimisation and hatchery logistics efficiency
The ability to handle many eggs in one go increases process optimisation and the efficiency of hatchery logistics, thereby reducing labor costs. Each HatchTech Setter Trolley has its own individual motor, which turns the eggs to the optimal angle required for good incubation. They make it possible for hatchery managers to fine-tune turning frequency and sequence as desired. There is also no need to have complicated turning systems – which need regular cleaning and maintenance – in the HatchTech MicroClimer Setter itself. All of the individual turning motors are connected to the HatchTech MicroClimer Controller, which allows you to easily monitor the turning mechanism without having to enter the HatchTech MicroClimer Setter.
The corner edges of the HatchTech Setter Trolleys are connected using special bolting technology, which makes them remarkably strong and stable. The internal frame of the trolley is also very solid and has a tensioning system to optimise stability when necessary.
