1. Spare parts ready when you need them

Your essential and most-used parts, always available and ready to ship from our warehouse, ensuring minimal downtime and maximal productivity.

Each HatchTech machine and component is assigned a unique number, to easily identify and order the correct part. The most crucial and most-used parts are labelled with a SP-number. Our expanded warehouse ensures prompt availability of these SP-items, directly from stock. The other items, with a TK-number, will be ordered from our suppliers with their respective lead times.

How does it work?

  1. Contact your Care Support representative for a quote of the parts (SP and/or TK) you need.
  2. Care Support sends a quote for all items, including transport costs. The quote is valid for one month.
  3. Approve the quote by signing and sharing the document with Care Support.
  4. Care Support sends a pro-forma invoice
  5. After payment, Care Support will convert the quote into order and send an order confirmation by email.
  6. SP orders (with limited order quantity) will be sent right away from stock
  7. TK orders and SP orders that exceed the maximum order quantity will be sent based on respective lead times. HatchTech will inform you on this.

2. 24/7 Remote HatchTech Care Helpdesk

Our Care Helpdesk is available during office hours (8.00 to 17.00 CEST) to deliver technical support by phone or e-mail. In case of a technical emergency that endangers your living animals, we offer round-the-clock support (17.00 – 8.00 CEST).

With a Care subscription, the HatchTech Care Helpdesk is free of charge.

3. Preventive Parts Service

To ensure consistent climate conditions and optimal performance, regular maintenance and calibration of sensors (CO2 and humidity) and U-Vaporator spare boxes is essential. Our preventive parts service guarantees annual calibration and maintenance with automatic delivery on time and easy returns, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.

  • Effortless: We handle the scheduling and delivery, so you don’t have to worry about timing or logistics.
  • Reduced costs & post-payment: As a HatchTech Care service customer you benefit from a reduced rate and payment after delivery for calibrated sensors and spare boxes.
  • Easy returns: Simply replace the sensors when received and return the old ones. No need to return the replaced spare boxes.

How it works?

  1. HatchTech sends the calibrated sensors as scheduled
  2. Replace the old sensors with the calibrated ones
  3. Send back the to be calibrated sensors within one incubation period, with a maximum of one month. Use the ‘Return Form Preventive Parts Service’ for returning the sensors. Please follow the instructions in the ‘return procedure preventive parts service – eu ’/ return procedure preventive parts service – non eu ’.
  4. Our Care Repair department assesses the sensors received on exceptional defects and checks the number of sensors. In case of missing sensors, a separate invoice will be sent for the difference.
  5. Parts will be invoiced after shipment.

U-vaporator sparebox replacement

  1. HatchTech sends the spareboxes as scheduled
  2. Replace the old spareboxes with the new ones within one month to prevent water damage at your U-vaporator cooling profile. Click here to find the instructions for replacement. There is no need to send the old spareboxes back.
  3. Parts will be invoiced after shipment, with a 15% discount for Care service customers.

Essential Package pricing

1 – 39 units > € 1.500,- per year

40 –  79 units > € 2.500,- per year

80 – … units > € 4.500,- per year
