FAQ HATCHTECH CARE SERVICES

  • If you are interested in one of our HatchTech Care packagess, please contact your Care support representative for a customized offer or for more information.   • With our HatchTech Care Essential package you have the benefit of accessing the following services:

    Spare parts ready when you need them, 24/7 remote Care Helpdesk and our Preventive Parts Service.

    Our HatchTech Care Advanced package offers two additional services, namely our Refurbished Parts Service and on-site technical & coaching support.

    So the advanced package is a bit more elaborate then the essential one, to take your hatchery operations to the next level.

  • You can reach the HatchTech Care Helpdesk by calling +31 (0)318 512 511 and choosing ‘’Technical support’’ in the menu. Our Care Helpdesk is available during office hours (8.00 to 17.00 CEST) to deliver technical support by phone or e-mail. In case of a technical emergency that endangers your living animals, we offer round-the-clock support (17.00 – 8.00 CEST).

  • The maximum order capacity is different for each SP-item. You can ask Care Support to provide you with this information.

  • For returning your sensors that need to be calibrated, please use the 250101 version 1 return procedure preventive parts service – eu & Return procedure preventive parts service – non eu manual on our website.

  • Both the supply of calibrated sensors, the supply of U-vaporator spare boxes and  the mandatory on-site visits are coordinated with Care Support before your HatchTech Care package starts. Sensors are replaced every quarter or six months, U-vaporator spare boxes every six months.

  • On our website you will find a Refurbished Parts list with article numbers and prices. Refurbished parts list hatchtech and discover if your defective part is available as a refurbished part.

     

  • The HatchTech Care Services with all the accompanying benefits are only available when you have a HatchTech Care ESSENTIAL or ADVANCED package.

    Of course we offer separate services to our clients without a package as well, but then you do not enjoy the benefits that come along with a HatchTech Care package.

    Certain services, such as the Refurbished Parts Services and the automatic delivery of calibrated sensors and spare boxes are only available for customers with a subscription to one of the packages.

  • The HatchTech Care packages are issued for a term of one year and automatically renewed thereafter.

    If you wish to terminate the contract, please contact your Care support representative no later than three months before the contract’s expiration.

  • No, you are not required to purchase a HatchTech Care package. However, we do recommend it, as it allows you to benefit from the various services we offer to ensure you maximize your hatchery success.

  • You can find this information on your My HatchTech account or ask Care Support to provide you with this information.

    With regard to spare parts, what is the maximum order capacity of SP-items that can be delivered right away?

    The maximum order capacity is different for each SP-item. Care Support will inform you when your order exceeds the maximum order capacity.

     

     

  • Our emergency helpdesk is available in cases of technical emergencies that endanger your production. All other inquiries will be addressed during office hours (08.00 – 17.00 CEST).

  • By exceptional defects we mean extreme visual damage and/or water damage to your sensors. This is not covered by the Preventive Parts Service.

  • You can find an instruction manual for replacing the U-vaporator spare boxes here on our website.
